Martin Cloonan
Martin Cloonan is senior lecturer in the Department of Music, University of Glasgow. His books include Banned! Censorship of Popular Music in Britain; 1967-1992, (Arena) and Popular Music and the State in the UK (Ashgate). His most recent book is Dark Side of the Tune: Popular Music and Violence (Ashgate), written with Bruce Johnson.
