Bill Cooke is a former International Director of the Center for Inquiry in Amherst, New York and author of The Blasphemy Depot: A Hundred Years of the Rationalist Press Association (London: RPA, 2003). His forthcoming book, A Wealth of Insights: Humanist Thought Since the Enlightenment, is due to be published by Prometheus later this year. He lives in Auckland, New Zealand
