David Ramey, DVM, is a veterinary surgeon in Los Angeles. An internationally known lecturer and author, Dr. Ramey has published extensively on the field of ‘alternative’ medicine. His book, A History of the Horse and Horse Medicine in Traditional China will be published this year by Blackwell Scientific Press
