Jim Whitman is a lecturer at the Peace Studies Centre and Director of Postgraduate Programme, School of Social and International Studies, Bradford University.He is the author of The Limits of Global Governance (Routledge, 2005) The Fundamentals of Global Governance (Palgrave, 2009)
