For the purposes of our newsletter we will collect your email address. We will not share this information with a third party. For the purposes of becoming a member of the site we collect your email address and and a password selected by you (see below for details of how your password is protected). We will use this email address only to communicate directly with you, and will never share it with anyone else. You are free to close your account at any time and, after a short period of time, your data will be expunged from our database.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
The RA is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Passwords you enter on our site are always transmitted over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection with 128-bit encryption. Before being stored they are "salted" using a key unique to your account, and then hashed using SHA-256 one-way encryption. This ensures they are virtually impossible to decipher even with direct access to the data.
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.
